You indemnify the LIPES Consortium against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by the LIPES Consortium as a result of your breach of the above warranty. Every time you access the Website you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy as varied or amended from time to time.
The LIPES Consortium cannot be held liable for any technical difficulties encountered on the Website, or on any other website to which the user is directed via hyperlinks from the Website. No warranty or representation of any kind is made, given or implied by the LIPES Consortium as to the accuracy, completeness, sufficiency or fitness for any particular purpose of the Content nor as to the absence of any infringement of any proprietary rights of third parties of the same.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation and/or execution of the Terms and Conditions, the parties shall, in the first instance and insofar as it is possible, attempt to reach an amicable settlement. Should they fail to reach so, the Courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
